Antenatal (During pregnancy) Session:

  • In our exclusive program we offer stretching, aerobics, Pilates, band exercise as per requirement we arrange individual or group class

Pregnancy Yoga :

  • From your physical body to your emotional state, prenatal yoga is key ingredient to a healthy, happy pregnancy
  • Prenatal yoga multifarious approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused on breathing
  • Prenatal yoga has many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.
  • We offering two part in pregnant yoga session
  • One focus on pregnancy fitness in early phase of pregnant and later phase of pregnancy yoga for preparing mind and body for delivery.

Preparation for delivery :

  • In this session we prepare her body and mind for labour & delivery.
  • Exercise, Prenatal Yoga, Ball birth exercise makes body to prepare for birthing.
  • Positive visualization and meditation technique make women mind ready for delivery.
  • Birth ball exercise make labour easier.
  • Breathing technique for smoothing of labour.

Preparing mind for birthing( labour-delivery) :

  • By positive visualization, relaxation and breathing technique.

Prenatal exercise with partner :

  • Then can actively in our journey with physically as well mentally.

Informative session :

  • With support of Audio-Visual we discuss on labour-Delivery, Breast-feeding, support of family member, Visualization of delivery

Postnatal session (After Delivery)

  • Get back to shape, coping with newly life(motherhood/new phase of life)

Postnatal Session

  • Stretch Mark, Postnatal, Depression, Discomfort in tercourse
