Our body is experiencing many changes. One of the most prominent changes is your shape and weight. There are hormonal changes, posture and alignment changes, muscle, ligament, and tissue changes, respiratory and energy-level changes, mood swing, lots of mind and body changes.

Exercise is essential for everyone but especially for pregnant women, because it better enable the body to grow a healthy baby, manage the changes that are occurring and quiet the mind, also help in stress management
Let’s look more closely at the effects of pregnancy on the body and how you can exercise to support your body in pregnancy and best prepare for labor and birth.

Pregnancy physiotherapy is all about moving in ways that prepare your body for birth and optimize your recovery.
We teach through exercises that can be used as part of your workouts.
To keep your core and pelvic floor safe exercise, and ready for the workout, we have exercises for the upper-lower body, Pilates, aerobics, stretching, muscle activation exercise, pregnancy yoga and later stage of pregnancy we teach birthing (birth ball) exercise that get ready of your motherhood, that will help you let go of tension and holding patterns that often contribute to aches and pains or challenges in labor and delivery.
The exercise we teach, along with the awareness information about body alignment that we will put into practice, are all designed to optimize your body will return to optimal form and function so you will have confidence in your postpartum body and your journey into motherhood.
